Disgorged in 08, seven years on lees and bottled wihtout dosage - a tiny production of complex Pinot-dominant Sparkling, offfering nice flint, wild red fruits and chalky cool aromas. The palate brings richness and baked apple with plenty of red fruit too - finishes dry (zero dosage) and convincing. Terrific value.
