Grown at Rising Vineyard, Nillumbik Yarra Valley.
Made from Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Wonderful Noble Botrytis and late harvesting have allowed us to make this beautiful dessert wine. Candied citrus, lime marmalade, grapefruit, elderflower and a touch of buttered rye toast. Luscious palate with a long, clean finish. Deliciously sweet and balanced, equally great with cheeses or desserts. Vegan friendly.
