Grown at Thompson’s Vineyard, Yea Valley.
100% Pinot Noir, Traditional Method Brut Rosé with 15 years! lees maturation in bottle. Very balanced, very complex, but also with lifted Pinot fruit and a deliciously long finish. Low SO2 because that matters to me. Very limited production!
